AUTHORS GUIDELINES

 

1. Instructions for manuscript preparation are double column IEEE Style. Click here to view instructions.
2. Upload your camera Ready Paper on the registration web-site (Same as uploading your original manuscript for review) – through Reg-Site.
3. You need to complete an IEEE Copyright Form and mail or fax it to the publication chair
4. Register for conference and any tutorials you would like to attend through Reg-Site or by printing and completing the registration form and using mail or fax. You can pay by Check, Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
5. Hotel information is available and now you can start planning for your travel to Rome.
