Travel Information
Winter
in Ajman is short, between December and March, during which the temperature
is
moderate,
accompanied by irregular rainfall. The average temperature during
December/January
is
about 20oC. There are two airports close to Ajman: Sharjah International Airport and Dubai International Airport. For information regarding Sharjah International Airport, please click http://www.shj-airport.gov.ae/.
The easiest way into the city from Sharjah airport is to take a taxi, which
takes 30 minutes and costs about AED 60. For information regarding Dubai International Airport, please click http://www.dubaiairport.com/dia/english/home/.
The easiest way into the city from Dubai Airport is to take a taxi, which
takes 50 minutes and costs about AED 100. Rental cars are also available in
both airports.

For participants who are required to issue a prior UAE visa, it should be
done in advance through the residing hotel in UAE.

The following documents should be sent to Ramada (or residing) hotel:
DOCUMENTATION
- Clear passport copies of the visitor
including last exit stamp from UAE (if any)
- 3 passport-size photographs with white
background.
- A filled-up Visa
application form. You may download Visa application (for
Ramada Hotel).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Full advance payment of visa
application by cash or bank transfer
- Guaranteed booking for the visitor’s
entire stay in UAE.
- A copy of the filled-up Visa
application should be emailed to the ISSPIT local committee at ajac.a_tawfik@ajman.ac.ae or anac.anas.n@ajman.ac.ae
