The negotiated hotel rate is only valid until (date will be posted). After this date all unbookd rooms will be released back to the Hotel's general inventory and will be available to ISSPIT only on availability basis. To make reservations at the conference hotel, participants can: 1. Call hotel directly and quote "IEEE" when requesting a reservation. 2. Book via the hotel's website and quote "IEEE" under "special requests" to ensure the special group rate. 3. Email the hotel reservations directly at sales@meridien-pyramids.com.eg and quote "IEEE".
