Final paper Submission is now open. Prior to uploading your final paper, please check it using IEEE PDF eXpress the conference code is "isspit07". This will guarantee compatibility with IEEE digital library.

  • Instructions for manuscript preparation are double column IEEE Style. Click here to view instructions.
  • Upload your camera Ready Paper on the registration web-site (Same as uploading your original manuscript for review) – through  Reg-Site - this will require your manuscript status to be accepted and that you double click on the manuscript title that you want to upload.
  • You need to complete an IEEE Copyright Form (also available as PDF or Word files)and mail or fax it to the publication chair at 1-502-852-4713. You can also scan it and email it to adel@louisville.edu
  • Register for conference and pay for extra page charges through Reg-Site or by printing the online registration and using mail or fax. You can pay by Check, Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
  • The final camera ready paper must meet IEEE PDF compatibility standards (Click here for PDF Specs.). Papers submitted for the review process does NOT need to comply this standard. Further information for IEEE PDF Express login will be provided for accepted papers.
  • A Latex template is available for download if needed (Click here).

Note:
  • Conference registration includes a CD, all papers will be available online in IEEE EXPLORE at a date decided by IEEE.
  • Conference includes coffee breaks and other activities to be anounced with the detailed program.
  • Tutorials are planned and are free for conference attendees.
